  • १. लाखी दागिन्यांमध्ये नैसर्गिकरित्या थोडाफार फरक असू शकतो. मात्र, VIP GOLD कडून खरेदी केलेला दागिना आम्ही माघारी स्वीकारतो.
  • २. ज्या दागिन्यावर VIP GOLD चा कोड असेल, तो दागिना आम्ही कोणताही अतिरिक्त फरक कमी न करता, त्याच्या मेल्टिंग व्हॅल्यूनुसार माघारी घेतो.
  • ३. जर ग्राहकाने दागिना परस्पर इतरत्र गाळला किंवा त्यामध्ये कोणताही बदल करून नंतर आमच्याकडे आणला, तर अशा परिस्थितीत VIP GOLD कोणत्याही प्रकारे जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
टीप: बायबॅकचा अंतिम निर्णय VIP GOLD द्वारे दागिन्याच्या तपासणीनंतर घेतला जाईल.

  • 1. Variations in Lakh jewellery are natural and may occur. However, VIP GOLD agrees to accept back jewellery originally purchased from VIP GOLD, subject to these terms and conditions.
  • 2. Any jewellery bearing an original VIP GOLD identification code shall be eligible for buyback at its prevailing melting value without any deduction on account of quality variation, provided the code remains intact and verifiable.
  • 3. If the jewellery has been melted, altered, modified, tampered with, or processed by the customer or any third party before being presented, VIP GOLD shall have no obligation or liability to accept such jewellery.
Note: Final buyback determination is subject to inspection of the jewellery by VIP GOLD.

  • १. लाख के आभूषणों में वजन में थोड़ा-बहुत अंतर होना सामान्य बात है। फिर भी, VIP GOLD से खरीदे गए आभूषण हमारी बायबैक नीति के अनुसार वापस लिए जाएंगे।
  • २. यदि आपके आभूषण पर VIP GOLD का मूल पहचान (Identification) कोड सुरक्षित और स्पष्ट है, तो उसे बिना किसी गुणवत्ता कटौती के उस समय के प्रचलित मेल्टिंग (Melting) मूल्य पर वापस खरीदा जाएगा।
  • ३. यदि आभूषण को ग्राहक या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा पिघलाया गया हो, उसमें कोई बदलाव, मरम्मत, छेड़छाड़ या संशोधन किया गया हो, तो वह VIP GOLD की बायबैक योजना के लिए पात्र नहीं होगा।
नोट: बायबैक का अंतिम निर्णय VIP GOLD द्वारा आभूषण की जांच के बाद लिया जाएगा।
